Had to work tonight so I missed the evening rounds. Would not have expected a 65 to be carded by the late groups. Gary Woodland leads at -9 thanks to that. Must have been a good one.

Still think a lot can happen tomorrow.

Tiger couldn’t make anything today.

Took Koepka at 8:1 to win

Tiger couldn’t make anything today.

Felt like he was too conservative. He was content with pars, didn’t make any makable birdie putts. He made par on 18 by going I think wood off the tee. Lay up 120 yards short. Third shot on the green but not a great look for birdie. Two putts for par, Meanwhile Rose goes driver, looks for the green in two, lands in a bunker, up and down for birdie. Yeah, Tiger didn’t have to scramble, but he could have been in closer putt range by being more aggressive.

Tiger hit a bunch of fairways, and a bunch of greens. But left himself not many looks for birdie. He was in that 30% make range and just missed all of them. Like Mike Trout having an 0 for 5 game.

He was above the hole all day.

Tiger spoke about these greens and how if you end up above the hole, it’s very tough to make the putt.

Top 5 is four Americans and Rose. McIlroy is 6th. Basically anyone up there but Rose and I’m good. Koepka making a run today, would be fun to see him win a 3rd straight U.S.

Rose is gonna win. Woodland can’t hang with this stacked leaderboard.

I thought Rose would win coming into this. His putting is so good.

I'll be pulling for Koepka pretty hard. Will be interesting to see how Woodland handles the pressure. This is his first final pairing, right?

Somebody in the group at -4 to -6 is gonna go low. But will a 66 be enough to pass everybody ahead of them?

I know he has had some other Saturday pairings...I want to say he was in the final group of the Masters on a Sunday recently but not sure about that.

I think I’ve seen Molinari chip in or hole out a bunker shot at least four or five times this weekend.

Koepka in the second to last group teeing off. 4 back. Hope he can take advantage of the easier front nine and put some pressure on. I think 3 or 4 back going to the turn will be too tall to make up.

Just like that, Rose ties after 1. Koepka in trouble on 2, may scramble for par.

Tiger cards a 69 after four birdies on the back nine. Where was that all week?
