Could Wenning be ready to back-up Flacco?

Has Flacco reached his ceiling?

What can we expect for 2014?

Here are my thoughts , what's yours?

Flacco works best in a strict structure with demanding OCs. He needs to fully embrace Kubiak and his system.

I think we all feel Cameron could have helped Joe more by changing some of his schemes and playcalling.

What I've come to have nearly no problem with is having tight reins on Joe. Did he go too far. Maybe, if you believe Joe was never allowed to have any input or never allowed to audible. That said, the better off youre going to be in the long run when you call the plays and make Joe run them.

IMO, the biggest key for Flacco in the west coast offense is to get the footwork down and have the timing in sync. There is nothing more important in the west coast than getting the back foot down and having the ball come out on time; especially when it's a 3 step drop, 1 read play. I think Flacco's footwork has always been his biggest and most consistent issue so I will be interested to see how this plays out.
