2 is the only one that gives any extra benefit to being local.

I'm cruising through it, I'm already to season 4.  Still enjoying it.

Finally, the scene came up!

I'm not liking that they reversed McNulty's character growth in season 5 so far.  Marlo's crew is so boring compared the Barksdale crew (can't stand Snoop whatsoever, and Chris is so milquetoast).  Season 4 was probably my favorite, but stretching Marlo out as the big bad into season 5 isn't working for me.

I liked season 5 but season 5 stops me from the listing the show as the best ever.

I think it took a hit for that season.

I lot of people rank 2 behind 1, 3, and 4 (in whatever order) but I absolutely love it.

I have finished.  Season 5 never really got better for me.  The newspaper people were boring and undeveloped, and story wise it feels like they jump the shark with the illegal wiretap.  Doesn't ruin the rest of it for me, but still disappointing.

Best to worst, I'd probably go 1, 3, 4, 2, 5.

The long rumored mini-series on the US 8th Army Air Force of WWII is coming to the small screen! A Tom Hanks and Steven Spielberg Band of Brothers treatment. And via Apple Studios and I read elsewhere HBO balked at $250m price-tag.

(CNN)"Masters of the Air," the long-awaited next WWII television series from Steven Spielberg's Amblin Television and Tom Hanks and Gary Goetzman's Playtone, will be taking flight at Apple.

The international drama is the first series greenlit by the streaming network in which Apple serves as the studio.

"Masters of the Air" is based on the book of the same name by Donald L. Miller, which chronicles the history of the American Eighth Air Force in World War II. The source material tells the true story of the American bomber boys in World War II "who brought the war to Hitler's doorstep," according to a description of the book.

The Deuce series finale is tomorrow night. What an excellent show. If there are any fans of The Wire out there who’s haven’t seen this show yet, you have to check it out. Same creator, many of the same actors.

I never had friends later on like the ones I had when I was twelve. Jesus, does anyone?

It took a lot of discipline, but I waited until about a week ago to binge The Deuce, finally got all caught up on Friday night.  Been dying to see the last episode since.

And holy shit, Lisa P is so hot.
