Seahawks tiring of Sherman's antics?
Richard Sherman got into a shouting match with OC Darrell Bevell in the third quarter of Thursday night's win over the Rams because the Seahawks called a pass play from the one-yard line."I'm upset about us throwing from the 1," Sherman said. "I'd rather do what most teams would do, making a conscientious decision to run the ball." Calling out coaches through the media is never going to sit well, especially after a 21-point win, but this isn't the first time Sherman has thrown a sideline tantrum this season. After the game, coach Pete Carroll tried talking with Sherman in the locker room but it allegedly didn't go very well. It's fair to wonder if the Seahawks could be getting tired of Sherman's antics. He has two years left on his contract.
Well he does have a point. Throwing from the one yard line is how they lost a SB.

But PC knew the rule and shouldn't have been so dumb.

His contract is also fairly unique in that instead of paying a huge bonus they just guaranteed most of his big deal. So the cap implications of trading him are not painful at all, $4.4M in dead money. He's owed $11.43M fully guaranteed for 2017 and then $11M non-guaranteed for 2018. Very favorable prices for a top corner for a team that would be acquiring him as well.

So this happened.
Daily. Glad he shared his story and hope he pursues legal action. Just horrible to have to live that way.
"You can't sit on a lead and run a few plays into the line and just kill the clock. You've got to throw the ball over the damn plate and give the other man his chance. That's why baseball is the greatest game of them all." ~ The Earl of Baltimore
