Yea, I believe they can.  The 30 man taxi squad acts like a quasi-minor league system, and people who are sick or hurt can get ready at the alternate site.

Based on how they are stretching out pitchers, I think they start with 15.

Means
Cobb
LeBlanc
Wojo
Milone

Bull Pen---Heavy on long men.
Givens
Bleier
Harvey
Armstrong
Castro
Fry
Tanner Scott
Kohl Stewart
David Hess
Sulser

Catchers 3
Severino
Sisco
Wynns

Infielders
Davis
Alberto
Iglesisas
Ruiz
Nunez
Valaka
Velazquez

Outfielders
Hays
Wilkerson

Smith and Santander start at Bowie and the Orioles find 2 outfielders from elsewhere or play infielders out there.

I have 7 infielders listed and that is at least one too many.

(realizing that the 3rd Orioles catcher on the depth chart is irrelevant) I'll be so happy when I don't have to see another Austin Wynns pre-season article. Put in Martin Cervenka as the 3rd catching option and corner the Czech baseball fanbase. Neither guy is posting a wRC+ above 50, but at least the Cervenka articles would be more interesting.

Wynns must be a good guy, because he gets a lot of ink from Roch and Steve.

I've only heard great things about him and I remember an interview he did with Adam Pohl back when BaltimoreBaseball had a podcast with Connolly and Pohl that made me really like Wynns as a person. But he does seem to be an easy go to for the MASN guys when they need something to write about it.

“ Hyde said again that Ryan Mountcastle will keep working out in LF. #orioles don't want to promote him to majors as a DH”

He doesn’t have a position

There is baseball, and occasionally there are other things of note

"Now OPS sucks.  Got it."

"Making his own olive brine is peak Mackus."

"I'm too hungover to watch a loss." - McNulty

It always used to surprise me how much ink Ryan Flaherty used to get.  He was an adequate utility guy but he used to get interviews like he was a star.

The media really liked the guy.  I get the idea Wynns is the same type.
