Bad day for Oriole Pitching, Eshelman, got clobbered giving up 9 runs in 2 IP, Givens and Harvey both allow 2 run homers, and the Orioles have fallen behind, slightly 13-1.

The highlights, Wilkerson hit a home run.  End of highlights.

The comeback fell short the Orioles lost 14-2.

Hess threw 2 scoreless, and struck out 4, Mason Williams and Stevie Wilkerson hit solo shots.  Nothing else of value.

looks like the Orioles and the rest of MLB just trying to figure things out.

If the season were to start 2 weeks late, and that is a big if, it looks like intra squad work may be used to keep them sharp.

I would imagine, like they did in the strike years, the roster may expand beyond 26 when the season starts.

Not sure how this helps the players.  Don't go home, no formal workouts, can go to teams Home city.

Update: MLB and the union are now allowing players to go home rather than encouraging them to stay at their respective complexes. There won’t be formal team workouts.

Players also have the choice of heading to their team’s city.

How this impacts the Orioles isn’t known at the moment.
