Well since we are talking about power rankings and you are whining about ESPN, i think it applies.

I think they are pretty even overall but we do match up well with them.

Regardless of power rankings, I'm asking you right now if you think the Pats are a better team than the Ravens. Easy one or the other question.

BTW< this still wasn't an answer.

I just said they are even.

I need to see NE these next 2 weeks.

I think Ravens are the better team right now. NE offense is just not very good.

I don't get DVOA to some degree. I watched New England on offense, in what world did they "improve" the last two weeks on offense. Their DVOA has gone up.

Maybe that's tied more to weighting of really bad DVOA performances coming off the books the earlier weeks. But Their DVOA has gone up the last two weeks and that doesn't pass the eye test to me. Maybe it's the big plays...

DVOA is also influenced by how prior opponents perform so maybe the defenses they previously faced collectively played well the last two weeks.

This upcoming game will be huge. Scares me that SF is fully healthy and the Ravens just lost Skura for the season.

Yea it will be interesting to see how Mekari adjusts and how that line plays him.

Losing your center, someone Jackson has a good relationship with, is pretty huge.

The Pats have been buried before, and proved those with the shovels wrong. Never take the Brady/BB combination lightly.

They're the one team in the AFC I do not want to play. You can play perfect for 3 quarters, that one quarter you don't they can drop 28 points.

Conversely, I think the Patriots aren't as good as we thought. That doesn't suggest that KC isn't still really good, but I think teams are losing their fear of New England.

KC is starting to look scary.

Until Andy Reid proves he can win a big, play-off game, I just can't take KC all that seriously as far as Super Bowl contenders.

Ravens getting the 1 seed is very important.

Only having to play 1 of KC or NE to get to the SB is huge.

KC is starting to look scary.

At one point it looked like they were going to blow out NE and then they barely got away with the win not to mention some bad reffing to help them along.

I did not think KC looked that good, yesterday.  As you pointed out, the refs helped the Chiefs to the win.

I also think Mahomes is having issues with his hand.

KCs offense is one you don't want to go up against in a one and done situation, when they're at full strength. Mahomes with Hill, Hardman, Williams and Kelce can hit you for 6 on any given play. If they get hot, you better be ready to put 40 up yourself if you want to win.
