I was there. Best moment in OPACY history.

I never had friends later on like the ones I had when I was twelve. Jesus, does anyone?

The best and loudest moment in Camden Yards history.

True story.  My cousin and I are sitting in front of a Tiger fan, who is giving us and everyone around us a hard time as the Tigers built the lead.  I got pissed off around the 5th inning and told him, the Oriole are going to win this game and then, said Delmon Young is going to get your bull pen late.  The play happens, he turns around and tips his hat and said the game is not over.  My cousin says, but it is, because we have Zach Britton.

There is only one player left on the team that was a part of the 2014 team.

I was there for this game as well, best sports moment I've ever been a part of.

I was there. And based on everyone else who has said they were there, I think 10 million people attended that game.

The best local game I have ever been too.  Went to Game 5, in Philly, in 83.  we had a great time, until we had to get away from the Vet.  Those Philly ass holes are poor losers.

I wasn't there, however I agree that the Delmon Young pinch hit doyble is is the greatest moment in OPACY history. Thete was a lot of pent up frustration that was let loose that day. I could not believe how loud the crowd was on the radio. Besides, it's the most dramatic home playoff win in that stadium.

Just try to watch that and not smile.  As an O's fan, it's impossible.  Still get goosebumps.  I was sitting under the 2nd deck behind 1st base.  Wish I had my usual seats, 3rd row in LF, two sections over from where the ball bounced against the wall.  Definitely the loudest I've ever heard Camden Yards or any outdoor venue.  Not particularly close.

One of my favorite parts is the first question they asked Delmon after the game was about his approach to that at bat and he immediately answers, "I was doing what I try to do every at bat.  To hit a home run off of the foul pole."

I was there too Randall lol. Amazing moment.

There is baseball, and occasionally there are other things of note

"Now OPS sucks.  Got it."

"Making his own olive brine is peak Mackus."

"I'm too hungover to watch a loss." - McNulty

And of course in true Orioles fashion the greatness of that moment lasted about a week lol

Best moment was 2131

I thought about that too, but as far as spur of the moment play, Delmon's hit was the best.

2131 was a build up, and we knew it was going to happen.

Now if you want to make case that the lap around CY by Cal was better, I might not argue.

I went to game 1. It was fantastic. But in hindsight, I chose the wrong game to attend :(

Good news! I saw a dog today.

It really gives you chills.

We were sitting in section 3 IIRC.

That was a different reaction to 2131.  It was definitely louder than 2131.

But 2131 is just in a different category.  That was such an incredible game/moment/build up, etc...

The only baseball playoff game I’ve ever attended. Just incredible. I feel like I’ll be chasing the dragon with that feeling until we make and then win the World Series.

That was the year we swept the 3 aces.  After that you were thinking, this is our year.  Than KC came and paper clipped us to death.  Still doesn't take away the moment though.  I went to a pub after seeing the dentist and everyone was watching the game.  When Delmon hit the double the whole place went crazy, it was awesome.  One of the best sports moments in my life.
