This thread isn't intended to be a discussion of the quality of the roster or opportunity or rebuilding or what I'd do or any of that.

This is just intended as a Baseline tool for where the 2020 roster sits and we can update it throughout the offseason as things change or are finalized (like Arbitration #s, trade, non-tenders, whatever)

If there's some wild disagreement about a player or potential salary, I can change anything.

I'll present it similarly to how Hyde has been aligning the roster and obviously that would be subject to change.

In several cases, we could certainly switch a name out in the bullpen, but the cost implications for the 26-man (+1 next year) would remain similar.  I'll have to do options later (or if someone else wants to do it).

For purposes of this, I'm putting all TC1 and TC2 at 600k and TC3 at 750k.

Service: 0.+ = TC1, 1.+ = TC2, 2.+ = TC3, 3.+ ARB1, 4.+ ARB2, 5.+ = ARB3, Xyears/yzM = contract

MLBTR posted their arbitration projections, listed here.

Jonathan Villar  -$10.4M

Mychal Givens – $3.2M

Dylan Bundy – $5.7M

Hanser Alberto – $1.9M

Miguel Castro – $1.2M

Richard Bleier – $1.1M

Trey Mancini – $5.7M

Using those number you'd add 4.7M to the above total. So about 66M

....and it's still annoying they hold onto the "MM".

Thats about $3.199M more than I'd give Givens.

COT's recently updated Player Service through the 2019 season.

Small notes but it looks like

Renato Nunez at 1.167

Anthony Santander at 1.162

Asher Wojciechowski at 1.156

would all qualify as Super 2 after the 2020 season (assuming a full year of service)

2018 cutoff was 2.134 and the most it ever has been was 2.146 in 2011. Super 2 cutoffs link on MLBTR
