The NBA All-Star MVP award is now named after Kobe. Love that.

It’s perfect.

I don’t agree to make him the logo just because he died tragically.

But honoring him should be done and I can’t think of a better way to do it than this.

I expect LeBron to ball out tonight and try to win it too.

I didn't catch a good portion of the game, but from what I did see the changes to the format were effective. The effort level was high for the last quarter and a half at least, which is the part I intently watched.

The final quarter was great. Wish the whole game was played that way, but it's hard to complain too much about that.

The last quarter may have legit been the best pure basketball I have ever seen played. People will say playoffs, Finals - but the players on the court last night as a whole, all 10 of them, were the best players ever on a court at the same time playing that hard. They undoubtedly played harder than they do in a normal regular season games and most playoff games.

Also so funny that the 4th quarter, which took 42 minutes, saw no substitutes. So these guys who always sit 10-15 mins a game, even when the game is close, played practically 42 straight minutes (no commercials) without subbing playing their hearts out on both ends of the court.

Also ridiculous that Lowry was in over Young (Nick Nurse was the coach).

Highly entertained by the Lakers/Pelicans game tonight. LeBron with a great triple double, Zion shoots 12/16 and posts another career high with 35 points.

That was so much fun to watch.

Absolute brilliance as always from LeBron.

Very entertaining game.

I'm thinking about getting tickets to Pelicans @ Wizards.

Also, the Pellies have a good shot at making the playoffs and facing the Lakers in the first round.
