Wow, LSU finally has an offense. First sighting of one of those in Baton Rouge since the days of Jamarcus Russell.

This might be a good time to remind folks that Oklahoma needed OT to beat Army at home last season, and all the Sooners did was have a Heisman-winning QB lead them to the Playoff.....ehhhhh, who am I kidding.....Michigan = frauds. But those trips to Italy though.

And speaking of being careful what you wish for when it comes to bringing back great QBs of the past to be your HC.....Scott Frost. Oy.

And while it was a rough day overall for Matthew McConaughey, he nailed it on a couple picks on GameDay when he went against the grain vs Desmond, Herbstreit and Corso....picking BYU to beat lowly Tennessee (maybe Greg Schiano wouldn't have been that bad after all) and the Terps to beat #21 Syracuse.

I have a hunch the TX flavor we've had in the Dozen these past two weeks is about done.

Scott Frost is 1-6 in close games with Nebraska.

But really, that Colorado game was a lot of fun. My favorite game of the weekend.

Always feels weird to knock a team down after they won but I feel like I gotta move LSU above Michigan.

I’ll post my ranks later.

Bold with LSU #3, I love it. Didn't have the guts to pull the trigger. Also see two with Michigan outside the top 12. Very interesting.

I think you can doubt their offense but I do think Army is good and it’s not that surprising that it was close.

UM still should have won by more but I don’t think they deserve to drop out of the top 12 unless you only had them in the 8-10 range to begin with.

Im not particularly down on Michigan. Just 12 teams I currently like better.

All best guess work until the body of work increases.

I think they've pretty much been interchangeable for years now, and if form holds it will be Alabama's turn to finish on top.

Clemson is the current MNC, and more importantly I think that GT and T&M are a better set of wins than Duke and NMSU. Hard to see flipping Bama ahead of Clemson.....yet. For me but clearly others see it differently. I guess that's why they are called polls.....lol

Bama's schedule is such garbage.

Having both New Mexico State and Western Carolina on the schedule is embarrassing.

Do have A&M, LSU, Auburn.

Schedule looks worse because Tennessee is down, as are Arkansas, and both Ole Miss, and Miss State.
