Lot of people like Hunter's all-around game too. Jimmy Patsos said yesterday he reminded him of Kawhi (coming out of college).

Based on what I've read / heard, it doesn't seem like he'll be much of an all-around player at all. Likely a good role player, though.

Pelicans with a good pick.

Wizards not so much.

Early season Maui Classic Duke / Gonzaga was fun.... Hachimura showed well that night.

See he's listed at 6'8... thought he was a little taller.  Is he a 3 in the NBA?  (Edit: See he's being listed as a PF.)

David Griffin imagines the most athletic frontcourt in the NBA with Zion Wiliamson and Texas C Jaxson Hayes together.

Not sure who you are reading but that person is pretty dumb.

Hunter is an excellent 2 way player.

RJ is a beast.

Shame he isn’t in college this year with the 3 point line moving back because that would have given him so much more room.

He will become a better shooter, both at 3 and the FT line.

He was a good assist guy at Duke and maybe if they had better shooters in the wings, he would have been better.

Great finisher. Excellent scorer. Solid defensive player.

It's actually a bunch of people.

And I didn't say he wasn't good on defense, I said he's likely not a really good all-around player, meaning his offensive game is likely not tremendously multi-dimensional.

Hawks have been a fail tonight IMO.

The @hornets pick PJ Washington with the 12th overall pick in the 2019 #nbadraft. The @KentuckyMBB product improved his conditioning to emerge as an #AllAmerican + one of the most productive big men in college basketball

He’s an excellent defender. One of the 2 or 3 best in the draft.

He’s also an excellent shooter.

I do think his defense is ahead of his offense but he is a solid all around guy.

Anyone saying he doesn’t have a good all around game is pretty clueless imo.

They should have gone Little. They need elite guys and he has that upside.

@AdamSchefter
Text from NFL coach: “Gotta get the NBA to change the ‘trade rules’ so they don’t keep sending these kids up there with wrong hats on - embarrassing.”

Phoenix trading the 6th pick for Saric and Cam Johnson was a fail imo.

I like Cam as a solid role player but his lack of athleticism bothers me in the NBA.

Could have had more upside at 6.

Rui Hachimura told me that he didn't meet with the Wizards before he was selected ninth. He didn't speak to anyone from the team, either. This was just as surprising to him as anyone else.

Can’t believe the Celts were able to get a replacement for Kyrie at the 14th pick. Story of the draft.

A lot of scoring potential with Langford.

But he’s just so inconsistent.

There's a lot more to defense than steals and blocks, but his numbers in those categories are astonishingly low. Also not much of a rebounder. Offensive game seems relatively limited other than spot up shooting.

But good 3 and D guys are very valuable, so I'm not hating on him, just don't think he was worth trading up for and taking at 4.

Very happy for Romeo Langford. Kid dealt with more as a senior than I've ever seen, and never once complained or had an issue. Tremendous young man
