Cian Fahey posted some video on his Twitter of him dropping a couple passes this year.

I guess the 5th was getting a new GM.

Clowney traded to Seattle.

Albert Breer:

Trade terms, per sources ...

Seahawks get: DE Jadeveon Clowney

Texans get: 2020 third-round pick, DE/OLB Barkevious Mingo, LB Jacob Martin

Total incompetence. If they knew they weren't gonna sign Clowney long term, why not trade him earlier in the offseason when his value would've been much higher? Frank Clark and Dee Ford both were traded after being franchised, and got way better return than what Houston got.

Yeah they bungled this situation big time. Not trading him before the July 15 deadline is straight incompetence because he loses all value after that.

If the Ravens had more cap room I'll bet they would have been in on this.

What? That much?

Hasn’t Tunsil been somewhat of a disappointment?

I think the Texans panicked over their Oline.  I guess they think they must be worrying about Watson.  Way to much for a good but not great OT

The good news for the Ravens is that while Seattle got stronger, Houston just got weaker. Both are on the Ravens' schedule this year, but Houston is in the AFC.

Yea but Houston also upgraded their offense.

So Houston also paid half of Clowneys contract...Ravens missed out on a huge opportunity to upgrade at OLB.

So they upgraded their line, arguably the biggest weakness on the team, but paid a premium (two 1sts + a 2nd) for a good, not great, LT and a WR? And didn't even negotiate an extension with Tunsil? This coming AFTER the Clowney debacle? Lol. Somebody get this team a GM.

If I remember right, he was one of the higher graded LT's by PFF last year.

Texans GM looks like he has no clue what he's doing though. He got virtually nothing for Clowney. The turned around and sold the farm for Tunsil and Stills.

That's the thing, they don't have a GM right now, and it shows. They fired him recently, due to an apparent power struggle with Bill O'Brien. What a wise choice that turned out to be...

No, they really didn't. By not signing the tender, Clowney was not under contract and therefore could not be traded. He reportedly wanted to go to Seattle, which is part of the reason Houston had virtually no leverage in the deal.

Seattle also is said to have agreed not to franchise Clowney after next season, which means he could be a one-year rental for them. Even if Clowney could have been persuaded to sign his tender and be traded to Baltimore, I don't know if the Ravens would have wanted to deal for a player under those conditions.

There are also cap considerations. Even with Clowney's cap number reduced to just under $9 million for Seattle, such a number would have pushed the Ravens almost right to the limit of their cap.

The two first round picks seems insane.
