BSL: Ravens Should Wait to Address O-Line Depth

Jake Long was the best, longshot, the Ravens could have taken at improving the O-line depth. It didn't pan out after the physical, but they haven't addressed the need in over a week now. 

 

Why? The pool is shallow, almost empty. An addition after teams makes some roster cuts might be the way to go.

Yea, I check everyday expecting the Ravens to add a tackle.  I was a fan of the Jake Long move but we don't need him if he can not stay  on the field.  A veteran will drop from a roster, at some point in the next month.  The Ravens have a pile of cap space and Ozzie will pounce.

Say no to James Hurst, please.

Alex Lewis taking 2nd team snaps at LT probably marks the end of the James Hurst debacle. Maybe Lewis can actually be competent as a reserve swing tackle.

Sounds like Hurst is still terrible even at LG according to RSR.
