First time I heard it was with Hammonds. That was '93... so not quite 25 years.  :)

Who clued you in?

I'll be honest. I hadn't heard the third row thing.

Yea, I have heard this theory several times over the years.

Yes I am.

I think I read it in a book about Mickey Mantle.

MASN: Can Rickard get rolling again?

I think they need to back off Joey  for a few games.  Don't want to let the game get too big for him.

Nolan is playing well.  Let him leadoff and have a go at it for a week or so.

Yep, good plan. Rickard will rebound, he is seeing adjustments from pitchers and he needs to readjust back now. No biggie, he'll bounce back later.

Joey's for real...

Still too early to know for sure. But man if he is, what a coup that will turn out to be.

There's no point in calling it once everybody's sure about it ....

The time to call it is when there's still naysayers... so, I'm calling it   :-)

Joey's for real...

A real negative WAR player. He's not even as good as your boy Lough. I bet you thought Felix Pie was the real deal too.

If there's any player I'm going to be patient with, it's Rickard. He passes the eyeball test to me.

He's fine in a David Lough 4th OFer role. Again, he's a negative WAR guy and we've probably seen the best he can contribute offensively.
