Great scene with her and Hamlin.

I much prefer the Jimmy storyline to anything else.

I get a Chicken Rico's feel to it.

Have they ever done a pop-up chicken restaurant like that? I figure that doing that in NY, LA, or ABQ would make a ton of money, very quickly.

Am I the only one who would like to see a show based around Gus?

Getting back to this...I think Gus is a very interesting character.  We got a little back story on his rise in BB but you could do 3-4 seasons on just him and that rise IMO.

Similar to BCS...see where he began and how he got to where he did.

Yeah, I even think a one-season "Gus story" could be done in between BCS seasons, if they really wanted to just catch up the character. Kinda reminds me of how they did the prequel "Spartacus" season (which, of course, was because the lead actor was dying), which was -really- well done.

I could totally see 3-4 well-done seasons happening if they wanted to.

Yea because of all the drug cartel/violence angles you could play. Really could go a lot of directions.

I'm not so sure how enjoyable this show is going to be going forward. I mean, there's some cool stuff with Mike, Gus, etc to look forward to, but the main plot is going to be watching a mostly likable character continue to self destruct.

Nah, not even close to Chicken Rico, more like El Pollo Loco, but most of ya'll probably aren't familiar with that.

I just googled it and there actually are some restaurants by the same name that opened last year.

El Pollo Loco was also mentioned as the possible inspiration.

Isn’t the self destruction what everyone wants to see?

Even as a “likeable” character, he’s still a sleazy lawyer who tries to cut corners.

He's definitely not a good person, but eh, I'm not looking forward to his demise. For example, him screwing up that job opportunity wasn't enjoyable for me.

It sucks seeing almost anyone self destruct. Especially a smart, talented character like Jimmy.

Breaking Bad was all about Walt and Jesse’s self destruction. They would take a step forward, then two steps back. And it ruined the lives of everyone they touched.

I think with BCS they can play some mind games because we ultimately know the fate of some characters. Others, we don’t know how they exist in the BB universe, if they do...That’s the intriguing part. How does Jimmy become Saul? What happens to Kim? Don’t think anyone really cares what happens to Howard. The rest of it we ultimately know where it goes.

I'd kind of like to have some backstory on the veterinarian. Not sure you can create a whole spinoff on that, but we be cool to see how he came across all of his connections.

Gilligan has a way of making pretty much all the characters in this universe intriguing.
