Per Roch

Note: The Orioles signed pitcher Chad Roe to a minor league deal, according to Tim Dierkes of MLBTradeRumors.com.
Roe, 28, appeared in three games with the Yankees this season and allowed two earned runs (three total) in two innings. The former first-round pick of the Rockies in 2005 was 3-3 with a 3.66 ERA in 47 relief appearances with Triple-A New Orleans. He averaged 10.1 strikeouts per nine innings.

Looks like another one of those guys who failed as a starter, but for his niche as a bullpen arm. Say what you want about DD, but he usually finds those diamond in the rough BP arms to build a quality bullpen for cheap. I do appreciate that about the man.

Chaz Roe was a stud for me in OOTP like when I played in a league like 6 years ago.  Won a couple Cy Youngs if I'm remembering correctly.  Let's see if this becomes a life imitating art situation.  Is OOTP art?

Yes. I don't think I've ever done an MLB simulation though. I'm purely fictional. That's definitely art.
