BSL Deified Dozen: 2018 College Football Week 2 Poll
Welcome to the 2018 BSL Deified Dozen rankings. Each week during the season our panel of experts will rank the Top 12 teams in college football. Members of our panel include: CT Schwink, Rob Shields, Mike Lowe, Zack Kiesel, Brian (Pedro Cerrano) McGuire, Chris (Ricker Says) Ricker, Steve Birrer, Mike Randall and Chris Garman. We are looking forward to an exciting season of college football.
Week 2 saw a change at the top end of our poll, as Clemson dropped from #2 to #3 as the result of a very narrow victory at Texas A&M; while Georgia moved into the Tigers’ spot with a very convincing win at Top 25 South Carolina. Michigan State dropped out of the Deified Dozen after an upset loss at Arizona State, and they were replaced in the rankings by LSU, who have had a very impressive start to their season, and will look to continue that on the road at #7 Auburn this Saturday. We also have our first tie in the rankings of the season, with Notre Dame and Penn State sharing the #9 spot with 27 votes each. You can join in the 2018 Deified Dozen discussion here.
