Toronto Cleveland will be a great series. And there are good individual players to watch.

But yea. It’s a dagger. I’d feel bad if I didn’t despise the Celtics.

There is baseball, and occasionally there are other things of note

"Now OPS sucks.  Got it."

"Making his own olive brine is peak Mackus."

"I'm too hungover to watch a loss." - McNulty

Silver needs to implement the 1 -16 playoff reseeding ASAP. Would make the playoffs worlds better

Eh, I don't think Boston was a strong contender in the East anyway. It does certainly detract from the entertainment value of a potential Kyrie vs LeBron dual, though.

I think the Sixers are an interesting/fun team to watch this postseason and they can make a run if healthy.

The Wizards, if they remain healthy and gel with Wall returning, are much better than where they'll probably be seeded, and they can do some damage depending on their match-ups.

And the Bucks are fun.

Agreed about Philly, DC, and Milwaukee being interesting / fun to watch.

Clev in a cake walk.

Philly could give them a series.

No Heyward and Irving is crushing to Boston.

That was a hell of a game in Cleveland. The Wiz can absolutely give the Cavs a series. That could be in the first or second round, but the second round is more likely after tonight's result.

They played real well for most of the game but that was an epic meltdown.  If they can somehow get their shit together they'll be a tough out, but I just don't trust them.

Oh, there's not much reason to trust them, but they have a pretty high ceiling.

Meanwhile, the West might be pretty fun from the get-go. Minnesota gets Butler back just in time to try and hold off Denver for the #8 seed....but the Wolves were as high as #3 earlier in the season when they were healthy, so that could be an interesting matchup with Houston. A potential Russ vs Durant matchup in the 1st Round looms as well.

If the Wolves get the 7 seed, that's a dangerous matchup for a Curry-less Warriors.

Cleveland was trailing the Sixers by 22 at the half but are down just 2 with 8 minutes left.

76ers hold on for the win, really fun game. No defense though.

LeBron had 44/11/11, and Simmons had 27/15/13

Good lord, that's fantastic. Sorry I missed it.

Now there's a good chance that the Sixers get the third seed, which will likely provide a relatively easy path to the conference finals.

Of course they'll need Embiid back, and they're young and inexperienced when it comes to the playoffs, so making it to the ECF is far from a given.
