Wake about to win at VT.

That may get them in.

But is VT now in danger?

I miss ACC basketball.

(Minus Virginia games, of course.)

There was nothing wrong with that play. People are beyond stupid.

Players drive with their off arm up in the air all the time. The UNC defender was in his shorts, so he made contact.

The 2 missed FTs by allen were probably the game.

These 2 could play again in the ACC semis...but Duke has to beat Clemson or State and then Louisville...UNC with a tough matchup of their own, playing either Miami or Cuse.

Great game tonight.

How about the Horizon League? 9 and 10 seeds in the semis.

I came on here to mention this.

great stuff!!

Jacksonville State was a cool story too, I think that was Turgeon's first head coaching gig, though not 100% sure.

I think it's horrible.  Looks like a 1 bid league.... those conferences do themselves a disservice by not sending their best team.

Correct about Jacksonville State and Turgeon.

That was a one bid league anyway, but they changed the rules that at least the regular season winner is promised an NIT spot. That's why they have a tournament though, give everyone a shot. March Madness at it's finest.

Yeah, I like that aspect of the NIT.  I just think those leagues would be better served by saying their regular season winner (especially if more than 2 or more games) is locked into the NCAAT, and their conference tournament winner will go the NIT.
